Happy Birthday to my big sister yesterday!
I am so grateful for her and don’t know what I would ever do without her. she is the person I bounce my crafting ideas off, the one I tell my secrets too, the one I complain to. now don’t get me wrong… I have 2 other sisters and 6 sisters-in-law that I love dearly. I’m just grateful that my best friend happens to be my sister too.
Beth and I agreed years ago that we will always exchange birthday gifts with each other. each year she gives me just the right whimsical present that I never knew I needed untill I had it. lol
This year I made Beth a Christmas apron.
I also made a few things for her to put in her kids Christmas stockings. We both were in a stocking stuffer exchange swap that went very awry. Beth’s package didn’t make it here in time for Christmas so we were scrambling at the last-minute to come up with a few items so the stockings wouldn’t be empty. So with the addition of my contribution, her kids now have a wonderfully magical assortment in their stockings
I made a mushroom, 2 notebooks, and fabric tissue holders.
and Beth made the cutest mermaid dolls which I gladly paid her $10 for each. she made mermaids for the swap which I was so lucky to receive the green one. please contact Beth if you would like a doll of your own 🙂 maybe she’ll open an etsy shop if enough people are willing to purchase her adorable creations.
